The Transformation Circle is where awareness becomes action - where your truth is no longer something you simply know, but something you live. Over nine weeks, you’ll deepen into the shadow work process, embody your power, and rise into full alignment with your authentic self.

To transform awareness into embodiment and reclaim your power through action, expression, and truth.

Structure

Each 90-minute weekly gathering includes:

• Guided shadow work and somatic practices

• Rituals for release, empowerment, and embodiment

• Group coaching and hot-seat reflection

• Integration assignments and sisterhood support

Week 4. Voice Activation - Speaking your truth unapologetically and clearly.

Week 5. Power and Purpose - Owning your desires and redefining success on your terms.

Week 6. Leadership of Self - Integrating sovereignty and authenticity into daily life.

Week 7. The Alchemy Ritual - Releasing the old self; reclaiming your new identity.

Week 8. Rising in Community - Collective reflection and support in embodiment.

Week 9. Closing Ceremony - Anchoring transformation and celebrating your rise.

We will meet via Zoom on Wednesday evenings from 8 pm - 9 pm CST.
